  • Light-fade resistance
  • Scratch and abrasion resistance
  • Water and chemical resistance
  • Eco-friendly

The table below shows the expected life of prints produced with HP latex inks on self-adhesive vinyl based on internal testing by HP Image Permanence Lab:

Outdoor (no lamination) Outdoor (with lamination film) Indoor in the window (no lamination)
3M self-adhesive vinyl Up to 3 years Up to 6 years Up to 5 years

We can also produce graphics with solvent inks by Epson printer. Sometimes, for some special graphics effects, our graphic solutions may consist of different printing methods together in one design.

Film Lamination

graphic film lamination

ACME will apply a transparent film lamination on top of printed graphics as a layer of protection. This finishing technique will increase the durability of the print and can modify its appearances, such as a gloss or matte finish.

Precision Cutting

After printing, the vinyl graphics have to be cut according to the dimensions of the vehicle or the designed layout. Precision cutting is done by a digital cutter that already had the shape programmed in the computer. Before installation, the unwanted trims and borders from the carved vinyl had to be removed. This step is called “weeding.” All these preparations ensure a smooth installation.
