Vehicle Wraps

How much does it cost to wrap a vehicle?
There are a lot of variables that affect the cost of a vehicle wrap so it's hard to give one universal price. The estimated budgeting is $5-$10 per square foot for ACME vehicle wraps. However, a complex design or custom design can add cost. ACME will offer you custom graphic solutions based on different material, fabricating methods, and anticipated durability to meet your budget needs. Contact us for a quotation now.
What are the graphics made of?
The graphic substrates we use are cast vinyl film, calendared vinyl film, and reflective vinyl material. Each has a specific purpose and durability. We’ll work with you to identify the correct material for your image and durability expectations.
How long will it take to wrap my vehicle?
This depends on the vehicle types and graphics requirement. A standard wrap should take about 2 days. Please note that an extra 24 hour buffer after the installation is completed to allow for the vinyl to adhere 100% to the vehicle.
How long does a vehicle wrap last?
Vehicle wraps usually last from 6 months to 7 years. It depends on the conditions the material, manufacture method, and vehicle driving conditions. ACME will work with you to determine durability expectations.
How to remove vinyl graphics from my vehicle?
We use a heat gun to soften the adhesive and remove it. If the vinyl has been on for a long time, it will be harder to pull off because it's more brittle. Please contact us for suggestions.
How to install a car wrap?
ACME has 3 endorsed graphics installers (certified by 3M) in fleet graphics market. We will send you tutorial videos to help you apply your graphics quickly and cost-effectively. Remote video guidance or on-site installation is also available.
Will vehicle wraps or graphics damage my paint?
In most cases, this shouldn't be an issue. If you are very worried, talk to your supplier and consider pre-testing before wrapping. If the paint is old and brittle or if you have a painted bumper, the vinyl may remove some of the paint in these cases.

How do I submit artwork or files?
Most people choose to send their artwork(in ai./cdr./eps./pdf./tif./gif./bmp.) to us at info@acmegraphic.com.
What is the best format for artwork?
Vector format(AI file, EPS file, or CDR file )is the best type for us because of its ability to be scaled and reproduced without losing the quality of the image. But if vector format artwork is not available, a high-resolution PDF file will also work. Additionally, colors should be specified as CMYK, PMS, or Pantone
What is the suggested resolution for artwork?
Please send artwork with 150 dpi, or a one-inch to one-foot ratio.
What is color management?
Color management is making sure the colors you have on your logo, image, or design will match the way they are printed in our studio. We use CMYK, PMS, and Pantone colors to make sure that we are consistent with what you see and what gets applied to your vehicle.
